The Return: A Spiritual Self-Care Intensive
The Spiritual Self-Care Intensive is a full month of devoted spiritual care—a sacred invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re moving through grief, burnout, or transition, or simply seeking alignment with your truest self, this experience offers spaciousness, presence, and radical self-care.
You’ll be guided through a complete arc of support: two virtual preparation sessions, a full-day immersive psilocybin experience in a carefully prepared, agreed-upon setting, and two virtual integration sessions to help you ground what’s been revealed.
This journey is not clinical or diagnostic—it’s spiritual, soulful, and wholly personal. The care is deep. The rest is real. And the path is yours.
Preparation is more than logistics—it’s a tuning of the whole self. Together, we’ll create the conditions for meaningful transformation by attending to the body and nervous system with care, calming and clarifying the mind through meditation and intention, and opening the heart to what stirs at the deepest level. When all parts of you are present and prepared, the medicine can meet you with clarity and grace.
This Intensive can be repeated throughout the year as a reset rhythm—a return to your center, your clarity, and your sacred unfolding
